As we ring in 2024, we welcome a new monthly event series that’s every 2nd Saturday of the month Love Tempo, the beat with a whole lotta heart. Get a pulse on the cities hottest new dance party! We are calling all Rump Shakers, Groovers and Dancers cuz we have a treat for you. From 10 to 10:45, while the DJ’s warm up the dance floor, Love tempo will offer a short intro to dance. Get the opportunity to learn a new dance style like the Hustle, Wh/aacking, Locking, or House. Let’s get this dancefloor pumping!

Iced Misto @icedmisto (Funky Facilitators/ T.O. Hustle Sessions/ 2U4U) Toronto - based DJ, dancer, and event organizer. Mainly a house/funk/disco dj, known to all DJ styles, house and whacking dance battles, but also anything that makes you move!
Kiki LeFreak Kikilefreak (Shango) is known as the good vibes dealer. One of Torontos local favs she plays a wide range of genres of House, Boogie, Disco, Electro, and New Wave to keep you sweating, jumpin and pumpin all night long.

The Piston is an accessible space. The bar has no stairs at the door and has a single stall all-gender washroom on the main floor.
As people are starting to get sick, I ask if you’re not feeling well or starting to feel symptoms of a cold to stay home. If you’ve recently recovered from one and have a lingering cough, masks are encouraged (not limited to just COVID, to any kind of viral cold)
